- 1 handful chopped greens
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1-2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Sambal (optional)

- Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, set aside.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until it's softened. Drain.
