  7. 1/2 tbsp ・ Sugar
  8. 1 tbsp ・ Mentsuyu
  9. 1 tbsp ・ Soy sauce
  10. 1 tbsp ・ Water
  11. 1 small package Bonito flakes

  1. Finely chop the Japanese leek. Chop up the top tip also to use it as a condiment. Rinse it with water in a colander, and drain it on paper towels.
