  4. Heat a medium (8-inch) non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a tiny dot of olive oil and spread it around with a spatula to lightly coat. Once the olive oil is hot, add about 1/3 cup of batter, or enough to lightly coat the bottom of the pan, swirling the skillet as you add the batter to evenly coat the bottom of the pan until it down. Put prawns and filling in the middle then use spatula to wrap it. Remove to the plate and sprinkle with fried garlic. Serve with dipping.
