- 1 tbsp plain mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard honey mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
- as required Butter to toast the buns

- Marinate the chicken thighs with soya sauce, salt, honey and ginger juice. Keep aside
- To caramelize the sliced onions and capsicum, add the butter in a hot pan add sliced onions and capsicums and fry for 2 mins on medium heat. Then add the brown sugar and stir until fully caramelized. Add and mix the pepper at the end.
