- Add tom puree, mix in well
- Add oxo cube & curry powder, mix in well
- Add curry powder, salt n pepper to taste, mix in well
- Pour in boiling water, or stock, and stir in well, until smooth
- If too thick add water. If thin, leave as will thicken during cooking
- Cover and cook on high in microwave for 12 mins, stirring two or three times during cooking. if on stove, boil, then simmer for half hour, stirring all the time
- If too thick, add water, if two thin add tom puree
- Cook meat of choice, add sauce & enjoy. (Meats etc can be sauteed with onions, then, add ingredients directly to pot, on stove, as instructed for really tasty curry.
- Raisins, apples, & lemon juice, can be used instead of peaches. Use 1 teaspoon lem juice to replace tin juice. this gives stronger curry than peaches.
